Regular vet checks doesn't mean they checked eyes and ears and ran blood work. That is stuff you normally have to ask for. I am not talking to you like you are stupid again if you feel that way I am sorry. It does matter because it does show bond issues. And it is a big deal you are new to this board you have not seen the bad that comes here. At the end of the day it really does matter it can show a lot. Like if my mother referred to me as an it people would be shocked it's just never ok to do that with any live being.
