Great reminder! So happy you saved that dog Taylor.

I've had mixed feelings about collars and tags in the past, worried that they'd get caught on something. Years ago my mini schnauzer's s-hook on her tag got caught on a blanket and she was tangled on my bed for a while before I found her. If she jumped, she would have hung herself.

However, I realize the risk of having ID on the pups, especially Tiki who darts and runs if given a chance. She even found a way to climb through bushes hanging off a cliff over the ocean to get into my neighbors yard (chasing a cat), and that opens up to a busy road.

I got her a thin collar with the slide through ID tag, so it is inline and not hanging. Previous to that I had the collar that has name and number embroidered on it. I like both of these much better than hanging clanging tags.
