Well, sounds like he is really a bossy boy!
As aggressive as he is some times I would not take him to a park right now. It does not sound like he is not ready for that type of social event.
I am sure others will come forth with their advice, but I would recommend a good obedience trainer. It will take some consistent work on your part and some cooperation from the other family members.
