I have had many babies, just my last girl had Cushings, I can only relate what was done for my girl. 3 years into the disease she had her gallbladder removed, this was not related to the Cushings. When I was notified my baby had Cushings I was devastated, I thought I was going to loose her, my vet assure me with the right treatment she could lead a normal life. She was treated with Lysodren med. which needed ATCH stem blood work up I believe every 6 weeks or so . I know how my baby reacted with this treatment, she was playful, naughty, active, you would never know she had such an illness. I pray your baby's treatment leads her the happy, healthly life my pup had with this illness.Good luck.
