I have to say I am a little upset with Honest Kitchen. Just recently purchased a huge 10 pound box of Embark in December. After using it for a few weeks I noticed that the expiration date is 1/17/2015. I have literally used one cup of it. I only feed once a day. While I emailed and the rep said do not use since it does go rancid and sorry that was all the response so I am out about 45.00. Not sure what to do with it since I only have a few more days to use. My mistake for buying such a big box but still
