Wow, there so much going on here!
My advice is to hire a private professional trainer/behaviorist and get the whole household involved, but the person that this dog is closest to/bonded with will have to step up and take the lead. This person will have to be this dog's everything and the rest of the household can help and support by being on the same page.
Larry92, does it/the dog have a name? I'm sensing that there is not only frustration, but do you even like the dog?... Him or her?
