Nice to hear he is doing a little better. Waiting for a diagnosis sure is hard.
As far as his eating, have you tried giving him some diced, boiled chicken breast along with the kibble, and use some of the broth from cooking it to moisten the kibble. The antibiotics may be making him not want to eat. Hope he continues to improve, and you find the reason for the symptoms he had.
