Hello everyone! Our city of Mobile AL is fighting to FINALLY change an ordinance on the selling of flea market puppies. I found this forum from google and a thread from 2012 about a members terrible experience she had at the Mobile AL flea market with puppies and the backyard breeders that sell their dogs there. If anyone is passionate about this subject or know anyone in the Mobile area that is, please come to the Public Safety Hearing Tuesday, the 13th at 1pm in the downtown courthouse
