Wow....I have a cat and Remy has never gotten into her litter box. Honestly, I don't even think he can get in her litter box. She's a big 15lb cat and has a big dome like litter box. The only suggestion I can think of, is to get one of those automatic scoopfree litter boxes that once the cat leaves the litter box it rakes the waste into a closed container. Best of luck!
