Washington. Go to the local akc dog shows and meet the Dogs. They will send you the right way. Doesn't mean you will get one right aways. You can research there breeding. They breed for there next "Show" dog so they want quality. Doesn't guarantee anything but imo a pet quality form a good show breeder who cares about the breed and not in it fore the money and pumping them out. I waited 2 1/2 yrs for a female. Health is all I want. I had a puppy mill dog before. And paid top dollar. I would only rescue or but from a reputable breeder. Never the other kind. At least if I rescue I'm helping a dog. But you pay in Vet bill or good breeding. Its all the same $$ IME...JMO/JME
