When you say color the glass, what are you thinking...like a solid color or more of a transparent color? A sea-glass blue might be kinda interesting w/ the brown tones...hmmmm.
Funny you love that necklace holder bc I freakin' love it too - and it's just a piece of wood I spotted from afar in a trash pile and knew I had to have it! I didn't know what I was going to do w/ it for a long time, and then it hit me, and I can't tell you how convenient it is for jewelry bc you can see what you have. And funnily enough, people always comment on how much they love the piece...funny how the cheapest thing can be the most interesting to people, huh?!
I had to take the full picture on an angle to fit it in the pic, so it doesn't look centered on the wall, but it actually is centered.
