You have to remember that when dogs play, they bite each other, this is how puppies play. Dogs think of this as playing with us too, not being mean. Young puppies have very sharp teeth so this hurts. All puppies do this, so you are not alone. You just have to teach them that when playing with you, biting is not okay. It was really hard with my second pup because it was confusing that he was aloud to play bite my other dog, but not us. What I do when he bites is say no, and firmly, but not too rough, grab and close his muzzle and say "no bite". They don't like that, so if you are consistent, it shouldn't take too long for them to learn!
