I agree with LuvMy5Yorkies. She is very young and no doubt homesick for her litter mates and momma. When you are home, try to have her out with you as much as possible so that she can start bonding with you. I would not recommend crate training her when you are home and she can see you, cuz she doesn't understand why she is crated up. And yes, keep the television or radio on when you are gone so that she doesn't feel so alone.
