Welcome! What a cutie Jaxx is. Give it some time, 2 months isn't very long. Some of my rescues have taken up to a year to get fully comfortable with us. Neutering should help. I'm sure other members will come on and have suggestions too. Just be consistent with him, be calm and go at his pace. Yorkies are very smart, he'll figure it out and have you trained in no time.
