I arrived upon this site searching for solutions for Jaxx's unexpected aggressive outburst. He is a rescue male Yorkie almost two years old. He is scheduled for neutering this month. Jaxx joined our family just two months ago, mid-November 2014. Our furchild, Rascal (very large black lab) passed away this past July. Only having experiences with larger, more laid back breeds, I look forward to learning from and sharing in discussions. Jaxx did not have a very loving home before, suffered physical abuse, and had absolutely no "house manners." I am proud to say he is now housebroken (other than marking, fingers crossed nurturing takes care of that!) and learning it's okay to trust his human family. I know it's going to be a life long journey for him, but very happy he is part of our family!
