Yup it is COLD outside. It was 3 degrees when I got up this morning. The Diva SSSuperdogs don't put their itty bitty paws out in the bitter cold. They have ex pen in the garage with potty pads. So "going out" consists of their pen in the garage!!! ( actually they only are out there to do their business and are ready to come back in)..... Those lil noses get cold enough in the garage!!!
