Hmmm...very odd to have bad breath even after a cleaning...it honestly makes me wonder if the vet missed something bc after my dogs had cleanings, their mouths were/are odorless. I'd be worried something was missed. You could also think about going to an actual Vet Dentist to see if there is something else going on here.
You're sure it's not her eye area/drainage you're smelling...which can be very sour/sharp smelling?
