I would have thought that if your puppy was doing well apart from you then there is no need to change things up by moving to your bedroom. As you say, there are no issues with separation anxiety or crying at night so it sounds like all is going great! You can always bring the puppy to your room when they are older and trained? It sounds like you have a very independent and confident little puppy and that's great news!
