I would go for the puppy pads at least till it's warmer. * weeks is kind of young to take pup from Mama. Either way a play pen and pads and a sleeping area will be great. I would set it up next to your bed so she knows you are there. Crate training is great but also can wait Right now at her age she pretty much needs love and nutrition.

You may find she might be a bit scared to be alone. Good luck with the new furbaby.
