You can't tell age by coat color. She looks like a *youngish* adult Yorkie to me. But more importantly is she or has she been spayed? I don't the swollen nipples aspect of things. It could mean she has just come out of season, or has had a litter of pups, or is even pregnant right now.
So clear that up with your friends..... The spaying status.....
