I don't because of the snow or melting snow that seems to be here in the winter. Even with boots which she does not do well in her underneath gets wet. Lola can handle the cold very well, better than me, but getting wet is what chills her to the bone.
BTW There is a very active group of small dog owners in NYC many of them are members of a pup scout troop which I belong to, (uniforms and everything) but I only get to NYC about 4 times a year so I can not attend as much as I would like. But they have lots of fun and they participate at all the fun pet walks and activities.
There is also a big fundraiser fashion show on Long Island in June for Yorkie 911 a local rescue group, it's an awesome event and a few of us from here attend. |
