I purposely built it that height not to obstruct the view of the sitting room (per mom's request) and Magnus is too lazy to jump over just to pee/poo on the floor there. lol

Material cost: $60-$70
Labor: Couple hours
That's a great idea! I love diy projects. I'm always looking for ways of making something new or tweaking something to make it better.
