Yes cat2861 is correct....you want to keep your new pup on what the breeder is feeding for the first couple of weeks. There are a lot of stress or for your baby coming into their new home. And a instant food change will cause tummy upset. Whatever food you choose you want to do a slow transition over a 10 day period after the first two or so weeks. A lot of breeders feed royal canin and do swear by it. Personally like you I'm not a fan of the corn.....but still you want to keep him/her on it at first. There are a lot off good foods that have been recommended to me.....we currently have winnie on Natures variety prairie. Fromm is also highly recommended. I know u will get some more recommendations!
