I am 24 and didn't know who over half the people were that I saw on some of the NYE specials... sooo it's not just you... LOL... I'm not a prude at all, sexuality, profanity, etc doesn't bother me, it's more the quality of the music and the performances... so many "artists" of today just plain suck! I love certain hip hop etc, my play lists go all over the place on my iPod, I can go from listening to Eminem, to Backstreet Boys, and Michael Buble to Elvis and Frank Sinatra.... I have an appreciation for almost all music (except head banging rock stuff, LOL) but anyway, yeah most music of today kind of sucks. It's almost always autotune or they're lip syncing.
And with MJ at least his crotch grabbing could be justified, he was so insanely talented and put on such a great show, I think it was just all part of the 'moment' lol. |
