I am so very sorry for your loss! You and she had a special bond that pours through in every word you wrote. I do believe that our dogs wait for us on that *Rainbow Bridge* and she is now watching over you.

You did all you could for Phoebe. Cancer is a scourge! And unfortunately by the time symptoms become apparent with organ cancer it is usually pretty far advanced. My heart goes out to you and your family on your loss.
