[Wallee]

Good morning.
I am at my whits end trying to figure this guy out. I have been walking Wallee 2 or three times a day since I got him. When we first brought him home I kept his mesh harness on all day to make it easier to get him out quickly. As he grew up I noticed that he ran away every time I got the harness out.
Now I have Summer completely ready and my own coat on before tackling him and I still end up chasing him to get his harness on. I have tried different harness types and it doesn't seem to matter. Out on our walks he will suddenly stobe p and refuse to walk. I will have to wait it out and encourage him to move forward. He is a very anxious dog it seems and we have never mastered the car with him nor going anywhere with large crowds. I tried doggy daycare with him when he was younger but the last time I took him the girl said he just kept wanting to be picked up. (That is not him at all).
I just don't know how to get him past all this.
