I'm with you. I brought ZoE home at six weeks old. The first two nights, i kept getting up when she cried and holding and stroking her until she fell asleep, then I'd put her back in her crate, and crawl back in bed. As soon as she'd realize she was alone, she 'd wake up crying again, so i'd be up again. By the third night I was exhausted, and layed down on the bed with her. We both fell asleep and she's been sleeping with me ever since (she's now four years old).
For the first few weeks, i woke up around 3am and took her to her potty pads. Sometimes she peed other times she didn't, but she's never peed in my bed (although she has vomited a few times.
