I love OUR "cold" weather....it has rained on and off all day long, so it is a bone chilling, damp, 45*.....feels like 28* to me!!!! Had a nice hot bowl of what my dad used to call Wisconson Chili or Wisconsin Goulosh.....has no chili powder so I guess it is more a goulosh....ground meat, cooked in a couple cans tomato sauce with about half again as much water, with couple cans diced tomatoes and elbow maccaroni....and he always put a can of LaSeur green peas in there! Served with garlic Texas toast.....and my son always eats a tossed green salad to begin his meal with! Splash liberally with Tobasco sauce......Lordy, Lordy!!!! Warms you from the bones inside, out!!!
