Tibbe doesn't like to go through the pouring rain off the house in sheets but once he's out there, he could care less that he gets drenched and will stay out there in the coldest, bluster-iest weather. And if it's just raining, not pouring, he runs right out into it just like any other day, though he usually doesn't ask to go outside as often on rainy days and sleeps in when it rains, putting off waking and getting up as long as possible. He loves to take his bath, too. So I guess my Tibbe loves water, too.
