Sorry that this device didn't work for some people, but very happy that it worked for others. I am still "pushing" it to people that I meet during my walks that have dogs going crazy.
That being said, I have had to reinforce Beanie with it a few times. BUT every time I use it, it works and she calms right down. I am so glad, and say thank you, thank you thank you Bark Genie, every time it works!!
