That is exactly what I did at Bassett with my sectional, chair and ottoman. I shopped for almost 2 years looking for the perfect set, I always liked parts of one set and not other parts.
Finally my friend (who shopped with me for those 2 years) forced me to go to Bassett, I picked out everything from the shape of the sectional (arms, pillow back and so on) to the wood used on the legs. It took 4 hours in the store because of course I kept changing my mind but we go it done. Now two years later I still love the furniture in the great room.
