You are so right!! I have been there and she has beautiful pups and it would be hard for anyone to walk away without a pup. It happened to me and at a yr. old my pup had to have LCPD surgery! I'll almost bet her refund policy would turn into a big hassle. When I asked to see the rest of her pups again before I signed the dotted line she acted really put out!
