I have a 3 lb, 9 week old Yorkie boy that I'd like to properly ID just in case something was to happen and we were to become seperated. With their necks being so small is the standard collar and tag the best option or are their other options?

I plan to train him to walk with a harness to eliminate the risk of a neck injury which is one the reasons I'm asking.
