I looked it up on google, there was a video , it looks really neat. I never created any of my pups but they were kept in a limited space, 100 % paper trained at 5 months old, 100 % house broken by 7 months old. I hope you find someone that has used the Pup-pee-poo Palace that can answer your question. If I had a puppy I would give it a shot. Good luck.
