I don't know what the palace thing is but we trained Gracie to puppy pads that were in a lock down frame so she couldn't play with or move the pads around. She trained very quickly to them and they are a lifesaver when the weather is bad or you have to be away from home for a few hours.
They used to sell the frames at Walmart. Ours no longer has them but I know Amazon has them. |
