Oh, no one's forgotten Michael Jackson's need to grab his own testicles to get attention and plenty complained at the time when he did it live on TV but his audience should have known he would do weird, crude things. But others have picked up where he left off and now TV is running their need to try to shock (and disgust) live on a New Year's Eve show aired early enough when many unwary individuals and families with kids are watching. Lots of parents let kids stay up and watch NYE shows but after this, I bet at least some will be a little more discriminating what they let their kids watch on NYE. That group with the twerkers and the crotch-grabber was just plain repulsive trying so hard to be sexy and shocking. I just wonder when crotch-grabbing and butt shaking, bumping and thrusting won't be enough for them anymore and they will escalate to worse in the name of expressing themselves while "entertaining" the unsuspecting on live TV.
