Hello everyone,
I recently got two Biewer puppies and they are using the reusable cloth wee wee pads. But even though I wash them, the fishy urine smell lingers on the pads. I've tried bleach and baking soda in the wash with plenty of hot water. I even rerinse them.
Does anyone else have this problem? I'm wondering if newspapers would be better! The disposable pads are so expensive so I thought I'd invest now in the reusable ones and keep them for a long time. But the smell bothers me.
Does anyone have any solutions or comments?
I'd appreciate your feed back!
We have a small house and the bathroom with the pads is right off the kitchen - not an avoidable place!
