I agree with everyone above that the transition to a new home can affect eating and potty behavior. She might be stealth peeing. My Teddy did that the first day we had him. He was about the same age as your girl and I could not tell that he was squatting until I saw the yellow in the puddle of water we were standing over on the wet street.
He was shy about doing his business in front of us.
I also agree with Ann about seeing the vet for a wellness check. Always a good idea when bringing home a new dog, and great for establishing a relationship with a vets office.
