I don't think this would be a Lyme problem. Has anything else changed in her life? Any changes in routine?

I would limit her freedom to one smallish area with her pad -- either one room or an xpen (especially when you cannot supervise closely), like you are starting potty training over.

A diaper may save your floors, but it won't help potty train.

Change the pad often. Praise and reward her when she gets it right. When she gets it wrong, say "Uh oh!" and show her the pad. Use keywords to remind her to potty there. Make sure to clean up the accident spots with a cleaner that thoroughly removes the scent.

Increase her roaming freedom only when she gets it right.
