in my opinion i just feel like not all yorkie's look the same and i know people who have yorkies with bigger ears and different hair texture etc. it just depends on how they are, i suppose i realized that I'm happy with my unique baby, whether he's purebred or not |
You have a really great attitude and that is nice to read. There are many people who get a "teacup" yorkie and then it "gets too big" and abandons/rehomes them or neglects them. But at the same time, don't be too naive. Those pics could be of totally different dogs. Might not even be from the real breeder. You never know bc you never saw the dogs in person.
When we got Uni, she and her littermates were at this woman's place of business. In a cage all alone on a Sunday. Mother's Day actually. I thought it was weird but cute puppies distracted me. Probably exactly what she wanted. We asked where is the mom? She showed us this huge Glamour Shot type photo of the mom who looked like this gorgeous show dog with long flowing hair. Even my BIL laughed and said that's probably just a picture from the internet. Still, I was distracted by cute puppies. We took the bait and bought her. I know for a fact that "mom" in the pic cannot be related to my Uni, who has sparse thin and easily broken hair. Just be careful of what people tell you, esp people that want to or did take your hard earned money.
