To be honest, i wouldn't even care if he was a mixed breed, i just wish i wasn't being lied to, thats what stinks about this whole situation.

What kind of insurance is that? I'm not familiar with a coverage that guarantees for a period of time. Insurance is usually a payment monthly or yearly that reimburses you the money you paid for meds, surgeries, and other procedures. If you could post a link to the insurance that would be helpful, bc a lot of the health guarantees provided by breeders usually protect themselves and not the dog. The reason I am concerned about that is bc you purchased your pup from a broker and not directly from a breeder. As others have said, any good breeder would not hand over their dogs to a third party to sell to a complete stranger.
Get a proper insurance plan for him now. It will cover neuter, shots, dentals, etc. Do it before something crops up. Usually congenital issues don't show up for a few years. I'm not talking about getting sick, vomitting, stuff like that. I mean LP (bad knees, like 99% of yorkies have this condition), liver shunts, hip dysplasia, etc.
Lastly, the papers on him are ACA which is not a reputable registry. Reason is, the breeders are not required to keep very strict paperwork on the dogs (dams and sires, bloodlines, etc) like they are required by the AKC, and just need to send in a check to declare any dog is such and such breed. My Uni is also from a broker and also ACA. I didn't find out until I got on this site and started educating myself. The papers I got for her didn't even have her same microchip number on it, so I don't even know who's papers I have! They are worthless.
