Hi and welcome to YT and the world of Biewers.

For his ears have your groomer take off most of hair off his ears. Make sure you are feeding him a lot of calcium-rich foods. If all else fails, you will need to begin taping his ears. Ears frequently fall when puppies are teething.

As far as teething goes, the kong is a great product. Also my puppies all do well with long bully sticks--no rawhide. I've given puppies pacifiers and those items you give a young baby that you freeze for teething.
