You guessed wrong don't know this breeder from Adam. The LP was disclosed to the buyer as a good breeder does disclose.
The issue this OP had was a dirty dog, ear mites, and with in 24 hours the leg was broken, there was some evidence of earlier remodelling (according to her vet) the breeder apparently was un-sympathetic on contact, and suggested a casting - which is up in the air in how this occurred as the two posters recalled different things. The breeder claims the OP was worried about cost of surgery, and said well maybe you could cast the leg if surgery is too expensive for you. The OP remembers a different conversation. Again *he said she said*
My point is you can not tell everything about a breeder by a web presence or lack there of. Cautionary signs are just that cautionary - and not definitive!
