I would agree but there were two people standing outside and watched this dog get picked up and drove away. I think most people would look around to see if they saw someone who may know where the dog belonged. The owner was out and the neighbor on the other side of the street. So there were humans on both sides of this small street.
We have contacted the reporters of the local news paper by email, we have posted this flyer on all local facebook groups. I am not sure how to get to our local news station but we have posted the flyer on their facebook page.
