Yes, I would most definitely go to the vet asap. The reason is bc you want the vet to palpate her all over to see where the arthritis is happening, if able -- and to see if it's something else like a disc issue in the neck/back which is common in dogs (my Wylie has a disc issue that occasionally needs meds). And yes, there are meds that can be given - both pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds and they can work wonderfully for this issue.
