It is up to the puppy owner to support her statements of ill-health to the breeder - through vet reports et al. The rest of what may or maynot have transpired in phone conversations boils down to *he said*she said*. Who has the better memory, I for sure don't know.
At least she came on here to respond, once she became aware of what was transpiring. For that I give her credit. Is it in her self-interest to do so? Of course. But if my reputation was impugned I would certainly want the opportunity to posit my position. Irrespective of any financial motive. |


She came on here to respond, and she did. She didn't come on here to be questioned ad nauseum and to defend herself to within an nth of her life. I commend her for coming on here and responding -- AND for remaining calm and respectful while doing so.
