I believe you are correct because it almost looks like my Remy's coat and I would say he is a modified coat. Also I believe i had read on another thread about the gold flash color in their eyes can mean a modified coat. I actually like the modified coat. My daughters yorkie has the cotton coat and my sisters yorkie has the silk coat and Remy is in between. His coat is very manageable. Remy's hair is long but what I noticed is that it is not as shiny as a silky coat.
