I know it has been posted not to give honey as it can contain bacteria I believe. I will have to search for that post. Nutrical or Kayro syrup is better followed by protein or they will just crash again after the sugar dissipates. The Nurtical/kayro gets the blood sugar up and the protein balances the system and sustains them long term. Try feeding small meals over the course of the day. I would be worried that this is more than hypoglycemia and I would take them to another Vet. Your current Vet may not be as informed about issues in the tinier breeds. Hypoglycemia and seizures arer serious issues and if they are reoccurring you need to address what is causing them. Best wishes and prayers for you and your Yorkie.
