You don't need the expensive one. The base model is fine. I started with the vibrations on her arm, then her cheek, then her lips - before finally in her mouth. Thst was for Curri. Sugar lets me do whatever I want to her
The main thing is to be sure not to apply pressure. Let the brush do the work. Too much pressure could cause more harm than good.
