Ive had one of the worst weeks this week. Saturday, one of my kids accidentally let our youngest cat out and we haven't found her. We have been searching and searching. I saw her Tuesday night but she would not come to us. With it being cold and raining I'm just devastated. I went to the shelter to get a humane trap to help us. While tree someone brought a yorkie into this kill shelter saying she had tried to find the owner but didn't. Needless to say, after 5 days (he will be available for adoption at that point), I'll be up there to get him out. I guess I feel so helpless in the search for our cat (Duchess) but I can help this little guy right now. We have 3 dogs (Bentley is our only yorkie), 2 cats (one is missing though) and 2 ferrets. Can we take on another dog? I have to help him! I can't leave him there to spend Xmas in that shelter. He got away from the staff and ran to me while I was there.
